Talking to Syed Muhafiz Syed Bakar is like talking to an eager man who is invested in nation building. We met way earlier managing interfaces among certain oil and gas major before he got expatriated. In his new role, we had banters on improving TVET, orang asli talents, Petronas scholarships, Science etc. - everything that he can shape and I can only talk about. One thing that can be shared is his curiosity on a special school for Orang Asli in Rompin that only have classes till Form 3. The ministry is now updated and rethinking on how to enable better education till form 5.
