UPDATED....Thank you, goodbye, and what next? --Please Connect, Reach Out, Share or Like this post-- I am searching for a new role in Project Management, as Senior Project Manager, Program or Project Director, depending on the complexity. Do you know companies or people that you could be interested, please reach out to me. I have experience from different industries and project management roles in Wind, PtX, Medical devices, Defence, Communication, Bid management and Software business areas. What now, and what next? Hopefully this post will help and guide me to new companies and opportunities that will result in coffee appointments and conversations about: - Project, Program and Portfolio Management - Leadership, Project and Culture - Business and Project Value Chain - Output and Outcomes - Risk, Investments focus and consequences - Benefits and Business Focus in projects. - The long-time goal is to find a new company and role, where I can help with delivering profitable output and outcomes projects or programs, and execute strategic initiatives. Also it would be great if my next company had an interest in building a strong project learning culture. - The short-time goal could be assisting with Project Turnarounds. In my toolbox is the capability to step in, and help with projects, that for different reasons is not heading in the right direction. This could maybe lead to a more permanent engagement. Goodby to DIS/CREADIS It is time to say goodbye, the project-well is empty, and with that the reason for my exit from DIS/CREADIS. I have been very lucky to be a part of a company, where we share the same set of values, flexibility, enthusiasm, professionalism, community and openness. Hopefully I will find a new company that shares the same values. A big thank you to DIS/CREADIS and my fantastic colleagues.
