It's Friday; what are you celebrating this week or reflecting on?
It's always good to end the week reviewing your successes, mistakes, failures, or what you have become aware of that will take you forward.
A client complained this week that she often felt stuck in a rut but didn't know how to move forward. As she spoke, it was clear that her focus was on what she couldn't do rather than what she could do.
When we focus on negative thoughts and problems, we continue to experience those same problems. When we focus on the good in our lives, we attract more positive things.
Where do you focus your time and energy? On the negative or positive aspects of your life? Even when you are in a challenging situation, look for solutions rather than problems. You will be surprised how quickly things are resolved and how you feel more in control.
What are you celebrating or acknowledging this week?
I am celebrating and grateful for a successful week, including...
🥰 Being filled with joy and satisfaction for the beautiful photos Suzanne Fells, photographer extraordinaire, took of me. With 100 stunning shots to choose from, I have a treasure trove to share in weekly posts for a year, inspiring me to keep pushing forward.
👏 Grateful to have found an outstanding VA, Ihna Marie De Castro, who will assist me with my business now that I am ready, after my nervous breakdown, to step into the world fully aligned with my true self.
💖 Falling in love with the PopCorn CRM system. 🙄😂 https://lnkd.in/eXiv3YsB provides visual colouring that makes for a simple yet effective way to manage lead generation and contacts for the various aspects of my business — all thanks to a networking meeting where I met Simon Washbrook. I started using the system last week and have found navigating it easy. But more than anything, the support has been spot on, allowing me to set things up how I want them quickly.
✨ The development of my new website. I can't wait to see the result, although there are a few more weeks before it is ready. It will be worth it.
Oh, and on a personal note, I dropped 15 inches off my body thanks to daily exercise, which I love. I am also seeing more weight loss as my body has adjusted to the extra muscles I have gained.
If I were a drinker, I would be drinking some bubbly in celebration, but I am not, so it's more water.
What are you celebrating this week? Please share in the comments, and let's raise a glass or two together.
Have a fabulous weekend.
Love
