Hawker Richardson offers a consultation service to help manufacturers overcome assembly problems. We understand that businesses often have limited budgets, which can restrict their ability to invest in advanced machinery and technology. However, the best solutions can be straightforward and affordable. Consider, for example, a small furniture manufacturer that's growing quickly. As their production ramps up, they face problems with their screwdriving tasks. The operator uses assembly tools more suited to a building site than an assembly line. He gets tired when handling the tools and needs an ergonomic solution to improve productivity. Our expert evaluates the operator at work and suggests the following assembly line solutions: · Reaction Arm – Reduces repetitive strain injuries · Electric Screwdriver – Ensures reliability and consistency · Torque Controller – Manage the amount of torque applied to each fastener · Screw Presenter - Improve QC and productivity After working with countless businesses of all sizes over the past one hundred years, we find a personalised approach is imperative to achieving the best results for our customers. By solving assembly challenges, we can help you to increase efficiency or create more ergonomic operating methods for better productivity. Co-Founder @ Digitanity | Driving Growth through Build-Operate-Transfer IT Recruitment / Third Party Recruitment and Employment Services
Wow, my wife found this (almost) 30 year old picture of me as an apprentice. Its been a long road to say the least! In my journey from the world of pattern making, where every mold, cut, and drilled piece was a testament to precision and craftsmanship, to now navigating the complexities of business growth with decision-makers and stakeholders, I've carried with me an invaluable set of skills. The meticulous attention to detail, the understanding of the interplay between different elements, and the patience required in shaping metal have all been instrumental in shaping strategies. In the machine shop, I learned the art of turning raw materials into intricate tools; now, I apply the same principles to transform ideas into successful business outcomes. This transition from the tangible world of metal and molds to the dynamic realm of business growth is a reflection of the versatility and adaptability that define my professional principles. #PatternMakingToBoardroom #BusinessGrowthJourney, #StrategicDecisionMaking, #PrecisionToStrategy #CraftingCorporateStrategies #InnovativeThinking
