Interestingly many of the conversations had regarding the recruitment market when summer comes is that it slows down and to start recruiting/applying from September. This is very different for us over the past 2 weeks at Reed (post to follow) regarding a big increase in new jobs and some really exciting new candidates available on the market. Here’s the data from Reed.co.uk's recent July recruitment insights which explains the above! 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Increased by +𝟭𝟯% 𝗠𝗼𝗠, indicating early signs of growing confidence in the market. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 Year-on-Year (YoY) increases in key sectors: 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀: +31% 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 & 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀: +7% 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: +5% 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: +3% 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Up by +𝟰% 𝗠𝗼𝗠 and +𝟮𝟭% 𝗬𝗼𝗬.
