𝗦𝗖𝗗 𝟮𝟰: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲⁉️ The Community Day was the expected, very well-orchestrated event, where one thing above all became obvious: 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲. It feels like family and leaves you feeling reassured that anything is possible here. However, a few question marks remain. 1. Are there the right answers to the questions of the future? Many merchants and agencies face serious problems in those challenging times that, in my opinion, need better answers and support. 2. What groundbreaking innovation sets Shopware apart from the competition? My impression is that speed and real innovation are missing here. Many presentations remained too superficial. The use cases such as those from Miriam Müller or Matteo Bonini were those that created real value. 3. Is it about the community or about paying customers and partners? The strong selection of participants and high ticket prices create a more exclusive setting and more space for individual discussions, but this excludes a large part of the community. Overall, however, the conclusion remains absolutely positive, as Shopware has addressed many topics and never lost its perspective on what makes them the market leading platform: The community 💙 I am proud to be part of this group and contribute to change things for the better.
