Shinola did it using Klaviyo. In 2024, for the first time, Shinola ran email and SMS promotions explicitly tied to BFCM. By focusing their promotional and brand emails on their most engaged customers, Shinola drove both growth and efficiency. Email revenue increased 22% YoY during BFCM, with revenue per recipient rising even more—up 48% YoY. "The drum I constantly beat is deliverability," says Ben Zettler, founder of Zettler Digital.
