In #Pirelli, crediamo che l’incontro tra esperienze diverse, il dialogo tra chi ha molti ricordi e chi li sta ancora creando, siano valori da alimentare. Per questo motivo, abbiamo scelto di raccontare l’incontro tra colleghi di cinque #generazioni diverse che per la prima volta si ritrovano a lavorare insieme. Alla Bicocca degli Arcimboldi, una villa del 1400 all’interno degli Headquarters Pirelli, abbiamo riunito Maurizio, Traditionalist in Pirelli dal 1970; Giuseppina, boomer; Daniele, Gen X; Francesca, Millennial e infine Andrea, Gen Z, nativo digitale. A great soul that starts with an old vinyl record listened to in the living room and reaches the latest piece to be played on a streaming app. At #Pirelli, we believe that the meeting between different experiences, the dialogue between those who have many memories and those who are still creating them, are values to be nurtured. This daily exchange happens almost invisibly, but it is important to create harmony and motivation. For this reason, we have chosen to tell the story of the meeting between colleagues from five different #generations who find themselves working together for the first time. At Bicocca degli Arcimboldi, a 15th century villa located inside Pirelli's Headquarters, we brought together Maurizio, Traditionalist with Pirelli since 1970; Giuseppina, boomer; Daniele, Gen X; Francesca, Millennial and finally Andrea, Gen Z, digital native.
