Senior Vice President-Global Business Units

As energy storage systems grow more complex, collaboration between providers and manufacturing partners will be key to designing and building systems that meet renewable energy demand. 🔋 Bill Mitchell is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to finding solutions for Energy Storage. Next week Bill will be sharing his insights on the latest dynamics and trends in the global energy storage market during the ees - electrical energy storage Forum at The Smarter E in Munich, Germany, on June 19 at 3:30 p.m. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/g7MjEqvG #eesEvents #IBESA #EnergyStorage

  • Bill Mitchell, Senior Business Unit Director, Renewables and Energy Infrastructure, will be speaking at 3:30 p.m. CEST in Hall C2, Stand C2.230. Don't miss it!

As energy storage systems grow larger and more complex, providers are collaborating with manufacturing partners to design and build systems that meet renewable energy demand. Many providers face scaling challenges that partners can help solve through:
Power engineering and product industrialization
Global, regional supply chains to lower costs
Localized production with high-level assembly
Customized multi-cell module manufacturing
Expertise in power, robotics, miniaturization
Partners provide services like collaborative design, volume manufacturing, automation, and global supply chains/logistics. Use cases include grid-scale batteries, second-life storage, telecom modules, and automated lines for different chemistries. Partnerships allow scaling production capabilities and addressing skills gaps to meet rapidly increasing energy storage needs.
