Overall, Sias is not a function, but it's rather a mindset that everyone in the company needs to be accountable for. So the next time you kind of point fingers to see us, please keep that in mind. I would say to align expectations, focus on revenue and keep it positive. So three because I can't follow rules. He's out. There is, if you find yourself, and what we often do is because CSM's are empathetic, we feel like we got to stay. We got to stay for our customer, We got to stay for our team. No, no, There's your litmus test. If every Sunday you spend half of your weekend hating and dreading, going to work the next day, you're in the wrong product.
