Willoughby Heights saw consistent, gradual growth over all three years. Back with an update on the Nash & Berry townhomes! Last November, our project was denied (along with every other residential development proposal on the City Council/P&Z agenda that night). We subsequently met with individual City Council members to discuss and address their concerns. Our new and improved project goes back for approval this month. We soft-launched our website www.nashandberry.com several weeks back, so go check it out! (Images on the website today don't yet reflect some of the recent changes, but you'll get the idea.) Grapevine is a great little city, and our walkable, historic downtown is a rare find in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In recent years, the city has invested in the space near the TEXRail station, building Grapevine Main and partnering with private investors on the distinctive Hotel Vin. This part of downtown is positioned for growth in the coming years. Nash & Berry will be a great addition to this special place. We are off from the main commercial corridor, but just a quick walk to all the amenities that downtown Grapevine offers.
