It isn't often that one gets to celebrate a milestone as significant as 10 years without a lost time incident, but that is what the Outsourced Engineering Provider (OEP) team in MSD Ireland Carlow was celebrating today. Having commenced as MSD's OEP partner on the Carlow site in 2014, PM Group in collaboration with our many client stakeholders, equipment vendors and delivery partners in Robert Quinn Ltd, Suir Engineering, MAVCO ENGINEERING and Radley Engineering Ltd recently surpassed One Million safe hours delivering OEP projects on the site. Milestones such as these are achieved by integrated teams with a high-performing safety culture and a quality mindset working together towards a shared vision in which we all go home safely at the end of the working day. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this achievement since 2014 and here's to the next 10 years! Special thanks to Eva Gallagher, Sarah Fitzgerald, Donal Keane and Anthony O'Rourke for their generous recognition of the team in their addresses at today's celebration and to Caroline Foley for the amazing cake that stole the show! #teamwork; #safetyculture; #livingsafety

This is an amazing achievement, guys! As an early advocate of the "whole team" approach to Safety in PM Group, I was always proud of the way we went about our work, but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that any site group would be celebrating TEN YEARS!!! of LTI free work, regardless of the number of hours worked in that period. This truly is a world class safety performance and everyone involved can be immensely proud of what you all have achieved. Well done, and above all remember that tomorrow is another day to add to that magnificent total to date!

Jonathan Cuthbert it's fantastic to see such a significant safety milestone being celebrated. Operational sites of complexity & scale present unique challenges, and maintaining a consistent safety record across various teams over an extended period is no small feat. This achievement is a true reflection of the dedication to #livingsafety and the robust safety culture that has been fostered. It's a collective success story that speaks volumes about the commitment to #safety of MSD, PM Group & everyone involved.
