While January and February showed an increase in activity in the Jersey housing market, March has shown a significant increase in properties going under offer. While we tend to not shout about the amount of properties that are under offer as it is never done until it passes contract through the royal court. The stats that we were shown were very interesting. Out of the 10 (ish) agencies that use on the market as a portal we had 58% of the properties that went under offer in March and 40% of the new instructions… Now while there are far more agencies than 10 that advertise in Jersey, I highly doubt they match our figures. Quick FYI this is the report that has the other agency names taken out… I have one with them in 👍 These figures also do not include the 23 apartments currently under offer at the Limes. There’s been a lot of chatter about green shoots in Jersey’s property market at the start of 2024. The March data provided by our friends over at OnTheMarket shows that we are the market leader in local property sales. According to the data we are significantly ahead of the other agencies on the platform, which is a testament to the work ethic of our team and their experience.
