As the Official Health and Wellbeing Partner of the Boston Red Sox, we are proud to partner with the team in our mission to promote healthier lives and support communities across Massachusetts and beyond. Last month, Peter Church, our Chief People & Culture Officer, had the privilege of throwing the ceremonial first pitch. In recognition of this special moment, and in line with our commitment to support our colleagues and communities, Point32Health made a donation to The Jimmy Fund to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This year, more than 2 million individuals will receive a new cancer diagnosis. Point32Health supports the dedication of Dana-Farber and other health systems throughout the region that deliver empathetic care to this community of individuals and families impacted by cancer. Pete Church, who has been facing his own cancer diagnosis shortly after launching Point32Health's well-being program, firmly believes that a company’s true purpose is realized when we team up and support each other through challenges. As he puts it, "The only way for us to fulfill our purpose as a company — helping people live healthier lives — is to take care of ourselves and to take care of each other.” [ID: Pete Church, Point32Health's Chief People & Culture Officer throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at Fenway Park.]

Peter Church may have been the missing link the Sox needed to get to the post season. Maybe next year..
