Yesterday, we explored meditation and mindfulness with experienced instructor Chloe from Manc Yogi. 🧘♀️ We learned effective techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus and boost overall mental health. The session included a guided meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices tailored for a busy schedule - perfect timing as we enter the summer holidays!
