Tomorrow night will be a pivotal moment in this election. Regardless of who you are planning on voting for, or if you are not quite decided yet.... It is your responsibility to be informed. There is so much talk about misinformation, biased news sources, echo chambers and false news. Presidential debates are a chance to hear directly from the candidates. To hear their policies from their own mouth, to see how they act under pressure and how they react to challenges. This Debate Watch Party Toolkit has everything you will need to host some friends, family or neighbors to watch together. 👉 https://lnkd.in/esdRU9aR We even encourage you to watch with someone who you know may not lean the same way as you politically. ( I know - crazy talk! 😲 But I encourage it!) The toolkit has discussion questions and prompts to get you thinking and talking! Civil Conversations are the key to Democracy and we must continue to have them. If you would like to have the chance to hone this skill after the debate, check out this conversation on "Finding Common Ground" from the team at Inclusivv that aims to bridge the divide in today’s politically polarized world: https://lnkd.in/eiK-_F4X

Knowledge on entrepreneurial ecosystems in Africa is a black box. While there are various ongoing experiments, we don’t know how to easily get access to institutional data sets and make sense of what is going on in a uniform fashion. We simply do not have the artistry and science of identifying, selecting, and supporting first-time youth cofounders from Africa. This is based on the observation that we can barely count the number of truly successful youth ventures produced by local entrepreneurial ecosystems on our two hands- https://lnkd.in/dkBynBHZ -. A thought-provoking article by Phumlani Nkontwana, Head of the Knowledge and Research Unit at Jasiri.
