The number of sessions needed is determined collaboratively between the therapist and the client, based on ongoing progress and evolving needs. Even if a specific issue is resolved, maintaining mental health often requires ongoing attention. It’s about integrating mental health care into your life, rather than seeing it as a one-time fix.

The catch is, for some, it may be on the surface level, for some it may be deeply buried in their subconscious that takes time to reach.
