Your mental health can be healed in just 10 sessions... Many people have this misconception. The duration and frequency of therapy are highly subjective. It varies from person to person depending on many factors like the nature of the issues being addressed and the personal goals of the client. At The Love Hope Company, we recognize that therapy is a self-reflective process that takes time. 🌻 It doesn't happen overnight. The number of sessions needed is determined collaboratively between the therapist and the client, based on ongoing progress and evolving needs. Even if a specific issue is resolved, maintaining mental health often requires ongoing attention. It’s about integrating mental health care into your life, rather than seeing it as a one-time fix.

There is a "Magic switch" in our mind that can turn around our entire perception of life in a moment. Coaches/Therapists try to reach that "Magic switch" in the client's mind. The catch is, for some, it may be on the surface level, for some it may be deeply buried in their subconscious that takes time to reach. Duration doesn't matter as long as you feel safe and with good company.
