Last Evening,I was privileged to Moderate a Webinar on How the National Reproductive Health Policy 2022-2032 ,protects Life and Promotes Family.
This Webinar was critical,as it addressed some of the Pertinent issues that have been raised previously, concerning the policy. Two of the Key areas that have constantly sparked conversations include the Delivery of Reproductive Health services to Adolescents, as well as improvement of Maternal Healthcare in the Country.
The Panelists were able to Highlight Key provisions in the policy that Have covered this two areas as well as other areas in the Policy. I must admit that the Policy document is Healthy in recommendations, and its Implimentation will improve the Access to Reproductive Health services in Kenya.
Despite its richness however, Constant improvement of the policy is necessary, in order to address emerging issues in the Reproductive Health space. We have a responsibility to make it work!
