And I would like to take a quick moment to share it to you guys. What I did to keep a growth mindset during Q2, this is it. I'm speaking to you from France, fully disconnecting from work during off time, going through the field to the one yard and reflect on myself, set new goals, new challenges for the day, for the week. Let's kill it during Q3. Last quarter, I really struggled with B to B appraisals, so I read a book called Mindset, which helped me shift my inner narrative from I'm not good at B to B to. This challenge will help me develop a new skill and that gave me the confidence to continue to learn and grow from the B2B sector. Q2. I embrace the growth mindset by focusing on maintaining a positive and supportive environment for my internal teams regardless of external pressures and factors. I realize that this is a big area where I can make a real impact with my team and continually strive to improve. I kept a growth mindset in Q2. By I joined power Digital in Q2, so I was focused on being a sponge and making a splash as quick as I could and I kept a growth mindset this last quarter really by just being constantly curious, asking way too many questions, observing how other people do things and really just trying to soak that in and learn from them. I read a quote recently that read that the opportunity for creativity begins the moment we don't know what we're doing for me this really resonated because my way of keeping my growth mindset is to wake up each morning and. Remind myself that I have the opportunity to get 1% better each day. Embracing that I don't know things, embracing that I have a chance to learn has been my way through it both myself. How did I keep a growth mindset during last quarter? So basically through our feet for mentality, going above and beyond what is asked, willing to help my teammates when needed. By embracing challenges on learning from feedback, I was able to continuously develop my skills and contribute to the team success. Hey power digital marketing Missy Franklin here, five time Olympic gold. Lost in swimming? I hear that you guys are celebrating your cute 3 kickoff and I wanna talk to you a little bit about what playing to win means to me. I love that it is your 2024 company theme. And I think the biggest thing for me as an Olympic athlete, playing to win, then playing to be the best version of myself. I feel so fortunate that I got to compete against the best in the world at what I did, but at the same time, every time I got behind a block, it wasn't about beating them, it was about beating me and being the best. Of myself that I had ever been. Nothing ever made me feel more accomplished or more successful than going the best time. So I think you have to hit that balance of using your competition to your advantage. Be inspired by the people that are around you because they push us past our limits and boundaries into a place we never could get by ourselves. But also note the end of the day, the only success that you can control is your own. So fight to be the best version of yourself every single day. Use the people and the support in the community around you. Hope you be your best every single day and know that you guys have got this. I hope you have an amazing Q3. I hope you all enjoy the Olympics, it's gonna be so fun. I can't wait. I'm wishing you all of the best. Sending my love. Bye guys.

Tim Cain talks player expectations. I'll often run a short game description by fan who are not in the industry. I'll then ask them what they think the game is like based only on what I said. Their interpretations are often wild.
Example: A cRPG I describe with the phrase, "Unraveling a conspiracy across the ages", was interpreted to mean the game takes 1000+ real world years to complete by one perspective, and that this game has heavy 4X gameplay (strategy/explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate) by another perspective. Neither of these things were accurate; it was a cRPG without any 4X mechanics and average gametime for a full playthrough was estimated at 20 hours.
I have found community involvement is invaluable when field testing how to accurately communicate what the game is about, hopefully managing player expectations.
Today we celebrate an icon. On this day in 1980, Pac-Man was launched in the US. It changed the world of video games forever – and gave us all a serious case of “Pac-Man Fever”.
Pac-Man’s journey is a great reminder of the power of timing and innovation.
The game was originally released as “Puck-Man” in Japan, but it was the US launch that turned Pac-Man into a cultural phenomenon. It shows us that even the most brilliant ideas sometimes need the right market and moment to truly shine.
So, what can we learn from Pac-Man? Sadly, nothing about ghosts.
But if you’re looking to expand your business, or launch a new product, Pac-Man shows that you should always know your audience and adapt to their needs. A little rebranding and the right distribution strategy can take something good and turn it into something legendary.
Let’s channel some of that Pac-Man energy into our own business goals.
Who else is going to play a game of Pac-Man to celebrate today?
