As a customer service representative handling emails of a company,I see no reason why you will reply a customer's email with "Hello madam or Sir " that doesn't sound welcoming instead use the customers First name like " Hello Rebecca" that sounds friendly and welcoming. #CustomerExperience #CustomerSuccess #EmpatheticService #CustomerRelationship #CXStrategy #ServiceExcellence #CustomerSatistfaction
