Food for thought by Simon Sinek. It got me reflecting on what the true value of networking is. The true value of networking = how many people we can introduce to others to support their goals or aspirations + the value we add to the lives of others + the impact we make in communities or society (whether small or big). What matters is using our network to add value or influence positive change. Try the N.E.T. strategy: 💡 N - Find a Need. 💡 E - Express yourself authentically. Build genuine connections. 💡 T - Offer a Token or add value. Watch my TEDx talk for more insights on the N.E.T.: https://lnkd.in/ga6HbduW ______ 💡 What else might you add to the true value of networking? or how have you redefined networking? Keen to hear your thoughts or reflections. #Networking #ThePowerOfAuthenticConnections #FridayReflections #LeadershipDevelopment

The true value of networking doesn't come from how many people we can meet, but rather how many people we can introduce to others.
