Typically, a company changes business management systems once per decade, or hopefully, even less frequently. Internal resources may have changed systems once or twice in their career. Client personnel often have their regular job duties to attend to during the project. In large enterprises, a full time project manager is assigned, or specifically hired for the duration of the project. Client Advocates can serve as project or program manager on a fractional basis. https://lnkd.in/e5EP_ZD9 #CxOServices #ProjectManagement #ERPImplementation

In the past, I typically interpreted the term 'Stakeholder' as the primary figurehead or overarching leader responsible for guiding and overseeing various aspects of a project or organization. However, I know better now. Stakeholders are individuals, groups, or entities that have an interest or concern in a particular project, organization, or system. A Business analyst is likely to interact with them directly or indirectly. They can include a wide range of parties such as: -Customers -User Groups/End Users -Investors/Shareholders -Domain Subject Matter Experts -Operational Support -Employees/Teams -Suppliers/Partners -Project Managers -Regulatory Bodies/Government Agencies -Business Owners/Executives -Community/Public -Testers #stakeholdersinbusinessanalysis #businessanalysis
