Destigmatizing Therapy 🌿 Breaking the stigma around seeking therapy or counseling is vital for developing mental health awareness. Therapy can have a transformative power and help individuals navigate the challenges life presents them with. It is essential that we recognize that seeking support is not a sign of weakness but a courageous step towards self-improvement. Therapy is a safe space for healing and self-exploration, and normalizing conversations about mental health and therapy creates a more compassionate and understanding society. We should embrace the idea that taking care of one’s mental health is just as important as tending to one’s physical health. By spreading awareness, we can shatter misconceptions about mental health and ensure that individuals seek the help they not only need but also deserve. The negative consequences of these interventions are now coming to light and I will be telling you all in 5 years when you have developed problems as a result of it that “I told you so.” 40% of kids are under therapy which basically means parents outsourced parenting to therapists. But listen to this interview and see what it does to kids and adults. I would ban all these interventions at corporations and at schools with immediate effect.
