She inspires and develops current female colleagues and attracts future ones to the team. Gia exemplifies a woman in the industry who has invested in her skills and advanced withing the company, continually learning and growing. She guides this group of co-workers and offers creative insight for all generations within it. Gia oversees marketing and digital aspects for over 40 locations including marketing, ads, print, leads, websites, reporting, training, budgets and negotiations. Three years ago I agreed to take the lead on building a new CDJR store that I’m a partner in, to say I didn’t know what I was getting myself into would be an understatement to say the least. Thankfully I had a great support staff to call on when needed or this build would be ongoing. The project had a little bit of everything from IRB’s, FEMA due to flood zones, gas easements, and TIF funds, I think it aged me 10 years but I learned a lot along the way. Tomorrow we open for our first day of business and the team is thrilled to be in the new store. From 9 service bays to 23 and from .8 acres to 5.5. The sky is the limit from here. Have you met Tracey Fields yet? Tracey grew up immersed in the car business and naturally gravitated toward it right after college. As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of Premier Automotive, a group with over 35 dealerships representing 13 manufacturers, Tracey has been an invaluable resource, thanks to her extensive training in customer processes across multiple franchises. With a passion for inspiring and leading dealerships, Tracey is dedicated to maximizing both in-person and online reputations, while fostering a company culture that prioritizes employee and consumer satisfaction. As Premier Automotive continues to expand, she spearheads acquisition packages and oversees dealership design and builds, leveraging her B.A. in Interior Design to collaborate with manufacturers, architects, and contractors. She also ensures compliance with facility compensation programs. One of Tracey's most rewarding roles is serving as the Founder of Premier Women In Leadership, an initiative aimed at championing and investing in female team members across the dealerships, with the goal of attracting more women to the company.
