1. Finished a meeting with the Indonesia team ytd 2. The founder invites to form a partnership in 🇮🇩. 3. We first met in KL (he flew here). 4. 2nd meet-up was in SG. 5. 3rd meet-up was in Jakarta (I flew there). 6. We became very good friends. 7. We clicked well because we’re all doers. 8. No bullshit, no fluff—we like progress. 9. I agreed to help automate their sales & marketing. 10. The business is in waste management. 11. The goal is to get more B2B clients. 12. The team is young, competent, leaders materials. 13. They need more experience. 14. Here’s how we turn things around: 15. I flew there to meet the team in person. 16. We also did a personality test with all members. 17. It turned out 50% of them are Eagles (D). 18. We formed a pilot team (Stage 1). 19. Assigned an Eagle (D) & Owl (C) to head the project. 20. Then, we coached and supported them. 21. Guide them on lead generation, automation, and sales. 22. Extracted data and built a leads database. 23. Next, we crafted a few scripts and emailed them. 24. We implemented CRM & automate lead generation. 25. Then, we set an incentive structure (Stage 2). 26. We don’t like micromanaging. 27. We want them to fight for their own income. 28. We also want to identify any bad apples. 29. Here's how: 30. Set a 3-tier monthly sales target. 31. Allocate incentive % for marketing & sales dept. 32. Established an evaluation and scoring system. 33. Lowest scorers receive additional coaching. 34. Any low scorers for 3 months will be replaced. 35. The outcome? 36. In 9 days, we had a list of 1841 companies (ideal clients). 37. New sales increased by 24% in the first 60 days. 38. The team is pumped and driven. 39. My Bahasa 🇮🇩 sudah semakin mantap! Haha… 40.
