This acquisition marks our entry into the Northern California market and represents a significant milestone in our mission to invest in and empower under-supplied communities. Hilltop Plaza, located at 3190-4251 Klose Way, features exceptional access and visibility with 2,500 linear feet of frontage along Interstate 80. Currently, the plaza has an 88% occupancy rate and features nationally recognized tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, City Sports Club, DD’s Discount, and Century Theatres. These tenants, along with the local community, are integral to our efforts to enhance the appeal of Hilltop Plaza as a vibrant shopping and entertainment destination.
Wow this is awesome. I grew up going to the old Barnes and Nobles here. It could use some love but Primestor is perfect for it.
