Our CEO, Arturo Sneider, participated in the Bisnow's LA State of the Market Conference, a pivotal event in the commercial real estate sector. The conference focused on strategies to expedite ongoing and upcoming projects in the LA region, effective deal-making in current economic conditions, and the social and economic impacts on the commercial real estate market. Key discussions included multifamily, mixed-use, and hotel projects poised to impact the city, strategies for affordable housing, and preparations for the upcoming 2028 Olympics. The event also addressed the re-imagination of LAX airport and its potential effects on the local economy. Arturo's involvement provided valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders, enhancing insights into LA's commercial real estate market and future strategies.

Arturo Sneider joined his fellow ICSC Trustees in September for a series of impactful discussions with Congressional leaders on key commercial real estate issues, including like-kind exchanges and the 20% pass-through deduction. These meetings, held alongside the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) events, were a vital opportunity to advocate for policies that support both communities and the industry. Arturo also spoke on a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute panel titled 'Economic Development in Hispanic Communities,' where he highlighted strategies for uplifting Latino communities to reach their full potential. His contributions are helping to shape the future of commercial real estate while making a meaningful impact on underserved communities. https://lnkd.in/g8ZA-8bT
