Seeing him up close, shaking his hand, and feeling the energy of the crowd was absolutely electric. But what made this moment even more special was knowing the journey Lewis has been on. I remember watching in disbelief as he had the championship taken from him in 2021. It was a gut-wrenching moment for any fan. But that's the thing about true champions like Lewis - they don't let setbacks define them. They use them as fuel to come back stronger than ever. And that's exactly what he did at Silverstone. Watching him cross that finish line in first place, knowing all the hard work and determination it took to get there? It was a masterclass in resilience and never giving up on your dreams. It got me thinking about the parallels between Lewis's journey and the path of a successful recruitment agency owner. In this industry, we all face setbacks and challenges. There are times when it feels like the odds are stacked against us, and it's easy to want to throw in the towel. But just like Lewis, the key is to keep pushing forward.
