Great Southern Copper PLC (LSE:GSCU) (GSC) said it has completed scout drilling at Abundante with drilling now underway at Teresita. Both prospects are within the company’s #Especularita copper/silver project in the coastal metallogenic belt of northern Chile. At Abundante, six reverse circulation (RC) holes were drilled for a total of 484 metres with copper visually identified in four holes. Assays have been sent for testing. Teresita’s RC programme will target high-grade #gold and copper mineralisation associated with quartz-carbonate vein-breccias. Sam Garrett, GSC chief executive, said: "Preliminary target-concept drilling is now completed for the Abundante mine prospect where the company is targeting high-grade copper associated with #tourmaline breccia. "All of the drill chip samples are at the laboratory and we look forward to updating the market on the results when they become available. EuroPacific Metals, led by CEO Karim Rayani, has announced an expansion of its drilling program at the Miguel Vacas mine area. The company will extend an additional drill hole to a depth of 350 meters, targeting the high-grade zone below the fourth hole where a mineralized section was previously intersected. This new hole will also explore an area approximately 80 meters north, where earlier results revealed a 22.8-meter section grading 2.76% copper, including a 9.0-meter interval grading an impressive 7.49% copper. Rayani explained the decision to extend the program, aiming to test the 'fresh' mineralization below the oxidized rich material in the same section as hole EBMV004, which encountered a wide mineralized section. The mineralized system at Miguel Vacas extends for at least 2 kilometers along strike and remains open at depth, including an 80-meter supergene blanket containing copper carbonates, phosphates, and oxides transitioning to a sulphide assemblage primarily composed of chalcopyrite and pyrite. With 10 holes totaling 1,060 meters completed to date, this expanded drilling program underscores @europacificmetals' commitment to thoroughly exploring and developing the Miguel Vacas copper deposit, with the goal of uncovering substantial resources and enhancing the project's overall value. #mining #exploration #copper

#ICYMI Delta Resources Limited (TSX-V: DLTA) Outlines a Zinc-Rich Sulphide Horizon at the Delta-2 Property, Chibougamau, Quebec “Delta remains focused on its Delta-1 Gold project in Thunder Bay, Ontario, however, the results at the Delta-2 VMS project in Chibougamau, Quebec are very promising. This is a new discovery that certainly deserves further exploration. Grades, mineralogy and widths in VMS deposits are well known to change very quickly down-dip or along strike, so this could be the proverbial ‘tail of the tiger’. Delta staff will evaluate this new occurrence and determine an appropriate course of action,” stated Andre Tessier P.Eng, P.Geo], President and CEO of Delta Resources. 📈 TSX-V: DLTA - OTC: DTARF - FSE: 6GO1📈 #Gold #VMS #Mining #Exploration #Quebec #Ontario #Canada #Goldmining #Preciousmetals #Miningstocks #Goldstocks #Stockstowatch #Smallcapstocks #Investors #Stockmarketinvesting #Investments #Gold #Goldinvestment #TSXV #Stocks #Resource #investing For more information please visit ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/duEVWi6X

We are pleased to announce an exceptional intersection of high-grade copper at our Lana Corina Project in Chile! Results from ongoing drilling have returned 298m @ 0.98% CuEq from near-surface high-grade copper mineralisation. Highlights ✅ Longest intersection of high-grade copper at Lana Corina ✅ Diamond drillhole CMLCD014: 298m @ 0.98% CuEq from 90m, open at depth ✅ Two wide, higher-grade zones: - 78m @ 1.24% CuEq from 200m - 68m @ 1.14% CuEq from 320m ✅ Drilling continues, currently at 700m ✅ Assay results for the next 242m expected in 2-3 weeks Our Managing Director, Max Tuesley, commented: “This intersection is exceptional in terms of both length and grade, clearly demonstrating that the Lana Corina geological system is something very special. Results returned to date confirm the longest ever mineralised intersection at the Project. Importantly, these results represent just the upper 388m of the hole. Drilling is ongoing with the hole currently at a downhole depth of 700m. The extensive and rich mineralisation intersected so far, supports our strategy that additional drilling will lead to substantial increases in the Project’s scale. This is an exciting time for both our Company and our Shareholders, with what is emerging as a significant copper system in the Coastal Cordillera of Chile.” Read the full announcement here ➡️ https://bit.ly/3VnU99g Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to explore and expand this promising project! #CulpeoMinerals #CPO #Copper #Mining #Chile #ASX #HighGradeCopper #MineralExploration #LanaCorina

Coverage stock Rimfire Pacific Mining Limited (ASX: RIM) (initiated @ 2.3c in 2016) has provided an important update with respect to exploration activity at the Bald Hill Prospect, located within its Broken Hill Project in NSW. RIM is currently undertaking a 6-hole/1,000-metre diamond drill program at Bald Hill, designed to test the significance of a very strong magnetic anomaly, which is interpreted to be a potential extension to previously drilled high-grade cobalt (Co) and copper (Cu) mineralisation. The Bald Hill magnetic anomaly trends NNE, dips to the southeast, and has a near-surface extent of 450 x 400 metres, extending to a vertical depth of approximately 300 metres below surface. 3D modelling suggests that the anomaly plunges to the southeast, with RIM’s 2023 diamond holes just “clipping” the top of the anomaly. Encouragingly, the first two holes in the program have successfully intersected multiple broad zones (downhole widths) of sulphide mineralisation, 100 – 200m away from previous high-grade cobalt drill intercepts (assays awaited). The project’s cobalt and copper prospectivity are highlighted by the presence of Havilah Resources’ (ASX: HAV) Mutooroo Copper Cobalt Gold Deposit 35km to the southwest of Bald Hill and Cobalt Blue’s (ASX: COB) Broken Hill Cobalt Project 10km to the south. #copper #cobalt #commodities #resources #exploration #mining #ausbiz #equities #NSW David Hutton FAusIMM
