I am almost 6 months into my employment at Consilium Staffing and I have learned a lifetime of information in such a short time. Here are 5 things that I have learned and that have helped me in my business journey; 1. Understanding your Market - Know the specific needs of healthcare facilities and the expectations of medical professionals in your specific region or speciality. Knowing different lingo and abbreviations is extremely important when discussing opportunities especially in healthcare. 2. Build Strong Relationships - Cultivating connections with healthcare providers and candidates to foster trust and loyalty is the most important factor of my position in my belief. No successful business relationship is not founded on or somewhat on trust. 3. Leveraging Data - Use analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions when consulting with medical providers. 4. Offer Personalized Solutions - Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client and candidate. Every person you are calling has been pitched the same thing by dozens of others, be different and stand out. 5. Stay Ahead of Trends - Keep up with industry changes to offer cutting-edge solutions. We have arguably never been busier The month of March has always been really hectic for us at OneMD. In a good way!
