As the Founder of Devine Software ZA I’ve always believed in the power of learning and collaboration to power growth — not just for the company but for myself as a leader. Yesterday, I had the privilege of talking with Joshua Burgin and what started as a casual conversation turned into a meeting packed with amazing realisations. So what was my biggest takeaway from this conversation? The power of shamelessness on social media. We talked about how showing up authentically and consistently can not only amplify your message but also help you stand out in a crowded space. This inspired me to commit to a 100-day content challenge — 100 days of sharing insights, stories, and lessons learned on this incredible entrepreneurial journey. I’ll be talking about everything from the tech innovations we are building at Devine Software to the challenges of starting a business, all while embracing a mindset of openness and creativity. For me, this isn’t just about posting content. It’s about showing up. It’s about building connections, sparking conversations, and helping others who are navigating their own paths in tech, business, or life. So, here’s to Day 1 of 100. 💡 Let’s connect and grow—whether it’s through software, strategy, or stories. 🚀

I’ve decided to build in public. Taking Intuitecht from a green startup with a handful of clients to a company that impacts humanity and the world around me will be no small feat. I’m here to share every struggle, challenge, and triumph along the way. My goal? To help others learn from my journey. This is my first time ever creating a weekly business/life schedule. Early morning gym sessions, strategic client work, and focused content creation—all have their time and place. This isn’t just about ticking off tasks; it’s about creating a consistent rhythm that drives real progress (I’ve already proven to myself that all I need to do is show up). Join me as I navigate this journey. What keeps you focused? How do you juggle work and life? Let’s learn and grow together.

💭 I’ve spent months dreaming of a space that brings purpose-driven founders and leaders together in one place. Today, I’m thrilled to share that we’re finally making it happen... 🙏 If you work in the children’s sector—whether it’s education, care, mental health, or anything in between—you know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel when you’re up against broken systems, limited funding, and endless red tape. Adversio Connect was born out of the belief that none of us should have to face these challenges alone. What is Adversio Connect? A community-in-the-making that unites people who refuse to accept the status quo for children. Through early sign-up, you’ll help shape a platform that will offer: 🤝 Collaborative Events & Challenges – From “Fix the System” Hackathons to community-led campaigns tackling real, urgent issues. ✏️ Practical Support & Training – Think marketing masterclasses, peer support swaps, and pitch feedback sessions. 📚 Stories & Inspiration – Spotlights on the incredible work you and others are already doing, so we can learn from each other and celebrate real wins. ⭐ Membership Perks (Coming Soon) – A directory of purpose-led founders, exclusive discounts, and a resource library—once we fully roll out. Why sign up early? 💡 Influence the Platform – You’ll get a say in how we shape features, events, and resources. 💙 Build a Strong Network from Day One – Start connecting with fellow changemakers as soon as they join. 👂 Be the First to Hear – Whether we’re hosting an in-person meetup or launching new tools, you’ll be at the front of the queue. If you’d like to come on board (and help us co-create this journey), drop a comment below or DM me and we'll add you in. Let’s bring our ideas, stories, and solutions together—so we can do more for the children who need us most. Please share away and tag anyone you think would benefit from jumping onboard. Stronger together! I’m in my “forced to take a step back” era of being a founder. Every founder hits a stage where you're trying to execute every new idea in your head and you get caught up in that momentum. I did. With how fast Platter has grown in the last 3 months alone, our momentum has been amazing. We’re: → Launching a new product → Expanding the team → Launching our app as a self-serve It's been amazing to see this growth, but I realized we need a lot more structure and strategy going into this next phase of the business. When we were less than 15 people on the team, we had the flexibility to be more cowboy in our approach. Now with 23+, we need better communication and KPI tracking. That step back reminded me it’s not just me and my co-founders in a basement anymore. You have to reevaluate where you are to get where you want to be: ➝ Is every step of the ladder leading to the same goal? ➝ Or are you trying to play a different game each step? With what we’re cooking, it’s more important than ever to put actual coordination and processes in place to get things done the right way. So here’s your reminder: take a step back, evaluate what you actually need at a high level, so you can make the most on each step of the ladder. Excited for what’s to come. 🚀 What stage are you in?
