Myself & James, just listened to Alex Hormozi. Within 20 minutes, we understood just how important it is to understand your customer acquisition cost. Otherwise known as CAC. For any business to scale, you need to know how much it costs to acquire a paying customer. Let's say it costs us £340 for a customer to go ahead with an £8,000 solar installation. I'll assume for this post, that most make 20%. That's £1600. So if it costs £340 to aquire the customer, and you make £1600 profit. Then you're up £1240. Now the only thing that needs to happen now, is you scale your spend. Once you deep dive into the data, you see where the opportunities are. Make sure you double down on them. Fast.
