🔋Safety & Swappable 🚲 ProLogium Shines at Eurobike 2024 in Germany🔥 From July 3rd to July 7th, ProLogium showcased our swappable lithium ceramic battery modules at EUROBIKE Show 2024. The batteries are easier to maintain and replace, offering a hassle-free experience. We also highlighted the advantages of our next-generation batteries in "Resource Circulation." Unlike traditional liquid batteries, our recycling process is simpler and more comprehensive, allowing us to recover cathode materials, solid electrolytes, and anode materials. This achieves the "3 Lows": low energy consumption, low pollution, and low carbon emissions. ProLogium's next-generation battery solutions and swappable batteries not only offer consumers greater convenience but also comply with the latest EU battery regulations. These regulations mandate the removability and replaceability of light means of transport batteries (LMT) starting from 2027 and set recycling targets for key metals from end-of-life batteries. For instance, the recycling processes should achieve a 50% recovery rate for lithium by 2027 and increase to 80% by 2031. ProLogium is committed to developing advanced next-generation battery technologies and promoting the global transition to net-zero energy. The partnership - part of a £30 million Advanced Propulsion Centre project – will use “advanced recycling technologies” to reduce new batteries’ carbon footprint and raw material imports. This comes just days after Altilium announced it had secured more than £7 million support from SQM Lithium Ventures to finalise plans for a factory in Teesside with capacity to annually turn battery waste from more than 150,000 electric vehicles into a key component for new power packs. The partnership with Nissan also includes AESC UK, which is building a 1000-job vehicle battery factory on Wearside to help deliver the EV36Zero project and drive forward greener motoring and next-generation battery technology. We hear a lot about the importance of non ICE vehicles in achieving our decarbonised mobility industry. We are intoxicated by the 'erotecha' of new technologies - but the reality is, with the current trends in adoption of EV and Hybrid commercial vehicles, we will have ICE diesel powered trucks on our EU roads until 2065 and for the next 20 years they will be the in the majority. So to decarbonise today's vehicle parc we need to work on tried and tested technologies which we know reduce carbon emissions in production, usage phase and the end of life phase of our tyres. These solutions are not 'erotecha' but they work and even better news, if fleets use them not only do they save on C02 emissions, but they also save money on Tyres and Fuel. All TBR premium Hankook tyres are designed and produced to be regrooved and retreaded. These simple actions can drastically reduce the costs of fleets and also reduce emissions in tyre use and save 70% of the original tyre materials, production energy, water and carbon.
