Today has been an important day working on the mailing list information for The Lion Attitude release for the 8/15 launch date. Over the path month I have been working to check in with all the people that were critical supporters and worked in partnership on building everything the book represents. It's been a labor of 5 years worth of work focused on a singular effort to solve a problem with reinventing leadership in the AEC industry. The ultimate goal is creating a leadership system that is more than the current 10% effective per the HBR. And the current yearly waste of 180 Billion Dollars from ineffective training and 9 Trillion Dollars due to poor leadership. That wasted money due to the current problems with leadership is more money than the US Government, All 50 States, and Every County & Local Government combined.... I have reached out to people that were interested in being part of the launch team to support this movement. All the people involved know my passion for creating better leadership for good resulting in something more effective than 10% currently. If there is someone I have not reached out to that has interest in being part of this movement and celebration on 8/15 please reach out to me.
