Yet remains remarkably relevant today as our LifeSearch chair Tom Baigrie, Kevin Carr and Karla Edwards vex over barriers and opportunities to grow the protection market with Cameron Roberts. People consume content and engage with brands completely differently to how they did even 5 years ago. Yet parts of our industry have failed to respond and modernise (and, I know having been on the insurer side, it is hard and painful!). I'm purposefully calling on insurers not to dig deep, not to join forces and not to spend merrily in a mahoosive campaign. There are different and refreshing ways to reach the under-protected and under-served. Hats off to those working in ways similar to us, and with us to take (new style) protection to consumers.
