The NHS ambition is to digitally enable one third of all NHS interactions. Did you know last month (August) there were 40million logins to the NHS App, 30million logins looked at their health records via the NHS App, 15million messages were sent via the NHS App. Did you know that appointments booked through the NHS App were 50% more likely to turn up. Our public libraries are now being supported and enabled to help the public access and use the NHS App. Why public libraries? Each year there are 260million visits to public libraries. This is a fabulous example of what a National Health Service can enable !
