As a clinician working with #Tactical populations, I can't stress how important it is that #FirstResponders know what they're walking into when they seek #MentalHealth support! As part of our Integrated Mental Health Initiative (IMHI) project through the DOJ, we supply first responders, agency leadership/admin, and local clinicians with our recommended "Top10" questions. Ask the questions. Know the ground rules. Clinicians must earn the trust of #Tactical clients. That starts with transparency about what therapy is and isn't.
