Responsibilities : -Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients to understand their needs and requirements. -Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the software applications or technology solutions being sold and effectively communicate their value to clients. -Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the application's features and benefits. -Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell the application, including lead generation and nurturing. -Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through a combination of prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups. -Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, address objections, and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction. -Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed. -Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to effectively position the application in the market. -Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Requirements : -Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master degree may be advantageous. -Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales hunter experience in sales B2B, preferable hospitality or Saas background however welcome for all various industry , with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the software applications or technology solutions being sold. -Sales Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. -Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and present solutions effectively. -Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and address client needs. -Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. -Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in the software or technology landscape and quickly learn new applications. -Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using technology. -Results-Oriented: A strong focus on results, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. My last job was in November 2023 as a Business Development Manager. Many Headhunter friends contacted me and I also tried to apply to several companies in Jakarta until the final interview stage (some of them reached Business Director). I felt stressed because i wasn't accepted for work and always failed at the interview stage. Maybe Allah SWT destiny is not like my plan. From December 2023 to February 2024, I help my wife's culinary business. Because we have quite a lot of needs, I as the head of the family also have to meet our needs. At times, I surrender to the fate of Allah SWT. Alhamdulillah, from March 2024 until now I have had several small business. 1. Offline Courier (Instagram Account: @rahadiancourierservice) --> supports food delivery for UMKM in the Malang and surrounding areas. 2. Business Solution (Instagram Account: @SudutSolusi) --> Supports business development needs. Alhamdulillah, currently I get project from wholesale shop in Malang 3. Freelance sales of new Toyota cars and used cars --> if you have friends/family/partners who want to look for new cars (Toyota) and used cars for the Malang / East Java area, feel free to contact me. 4. Supporting at one of the car washes in Malang. 5. Sell Keripik Usus If you ask me about being unemployed, not being productive, not really. I think this is a pleasure that Allah SWT has given me because I can be closer to my wife and children, and am also given more activity to fulfill our family's needs.
