Reflecting on the iconic character He-man, I am reminded of the important lessons that lie within his storyline. Not always known as He-man, his real name is Adam and he is tasked with the monumental job of defending Castle Grayskull. However, he does not do this alone, he has a dedicated team behind him to help him achieve his goals. Just like Adam, we all aspire to reach heights of greatness in our respective fields. Yet, it's crucial to remember that very rarely do we achieve this on our own. We take on the world, often feeling the weight of it on our shoulders. My own family has two generations of Army officers between these 4 wars between my grandfather and my father. My grandfather was a doctor in the British Army mentioned-in-dispatches owing to his bravery and service during the Kohima Mission. We grew up listening to stories of Sam Manekshaw’s bravery and integrity, didn’t really understand the significance until I was much older. "There is no such thing as a wrong decision.
