Mental Health is important everyday, however today on World Mental Health day it reminds us to prioritize our Mental Health. Take time to talk to colleagues, family and friends, everyone has their own struggles inside and outside of the workplace. I am lucky to work for a company that understands how important flexibility is, work life balance is important. I am a HR manager at Planixs but I am also a mum, a daughter, a wife, a friend and each role is important and demanding in it's own way. Having access to an employee assistance programme when I need a little support and health expenses covered are just a few things that make a difference in not just physical health but mental health. #worldmentalhealthday #wellbeing
