📢 We think the codes of conduct that exist in Parliament should be put on a statutory footing so that they can be enforced. Trust in politics and democracy is eroded if people feel that our elected representatives are not being held to account for wrongdoing. The Ministerial Code of Conduct should be put on a statutory footing so it can be enforced. This will help rebuild trust between our elected representatives and the public and clean up politics. Let’s change the law and Clean up Politics. Its very interesting fact that everybody like political joke, story, news and its very entertaining too. In current scenario, there is a governance system for the country which is managed by a political party means there is a Party base Parliament. Now can we think of new governance system for the county which can be based on Party less Parliament? Whether our constitution provides the power or grants any authority to make party base parliament? #partybaseparliament #politicalparty If yes, where? and if, no then from which law such party base parliament come or exist with such a enormous power to decide the fate of country and people of country ? Can we think of a Party less Parliament? #partylessparliament #politicalparty Your comment pl....

Apathy is the enemy of democracy - Rob Bonta (paraphrased). It can be challenging to engage and participate when people do not feel their voices matter or they can effect change. Listening to experts discuss the intended purpose of the Supreme Court as an apolitical organization that would interpret and uphold the rule of law versus what it has become raises a call to action. This election can determine if/how the integrity of the Court can ever be restored to its intended purpose. So many essential human rights are at stake. When we feel the most challenged, that is the time it is so important to participate. Register, plan, and vote! https://vote.gov/ https://futurevoice.us/

Analyzing the Colorado Case and the 14th Amendment The video discusses the issue of whether Colorado has the authority to implement disqualification under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment without Congress passing a statute. It mentions a case where a single Supreme Court justice suggested that legislation is necessary to implement Section 3. It also notes that Trump's lawyer did not solely rely on that case. The video raises the question of whether Colorado can take action on its own or if Congress needs to pass a statute to implement disqualification. It highlights the lack of a statute from Congress in this case. #news #trump #supremecourt #abcnews #election2024 #politics #vizard
