New data from Slack's Workforce Lab reveals a surprising disconnect: while leaders are rushing to implement AI, over 2/3rd of workers have never used it on the job. 🤖 But here's where it gets interesting: Slack has identified five distinct "AI personas" among employees. From the all-in Maximalists to the skeptical Rebels, understanding these groups could be the key to successful AI integration.
