Distributed Antenna System (DAS) - An Updated PDF Guide [E-Book] Download PDF at https://lnkd.in/eKRNUJmy Distributed antenna system (DAS) is a series of radio heads well placed around a targeted place in order to fulfill the necessity of additional cellular coverage. Each of these radio heads within the #DAS is then routed to a communication center with the fiber-optic cable to allow the cell signal to be controlled by a cellular base station. #basestation #rf #microwave #radio

My dear friends in #Microwave and #RF technology, I'd like to get your opinion on #crosstalk! It is widely recognized that in #microwaveheating applications, if two or more microwave feeds enter a single cavity, there is likely to be #crosstalk. Quantitatively speaking: 1. What is the probability (%) of crosstalk? 2. How much crosstalk will occur (dB)? 3. By how much will #magnetron life be reduced due to crosstalk (hrs)? 4. How much power loss can be expected due to crosstalk (%)? I recognize that the answer to these questions is "it depends", but I am keen to start a discussion on the subject, and am particularly interested in industrial applications at 915 MHz (although data points at 2450MHz are also valuable). Please reply below or message me directly if you have thoughts on the matter.
