How should a Digital Product Passport be designed to contribute to a circular economy? What difficulties and potentials arise from the perspective of various stakeholders? These and other questions will be debated during the CircularTech Forum at InnoDom in Cologne on November 30, 2023. Representing Fraunhofer CCPE, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Manfred Renner will participate in the panel discussion. In order to create more transparency in the areas of sustainability and circularity, the EU Commission is planning to introduce the "DPP" (Digital Product Passport). A Digital Product Passport comprises data records in which all relevant information on a product is stored with regard to sustainability.
