Assay results received to date for the B2 zone within the Boomerang #Nickel-#Cobalt target confirms continuity and high-grade #nickel mineralisation at depth of 400m. Managing Director, Russell Bradford, commented: “The assay results from this latest hole (133) show a continuation of nickel mineralisation in the B2 zone with large intersections of high grade. Once assays from the final hole (132) are received, we will re-run the geological model at B2 to evaluate the resource. This will lead into a new drill program for B2. Further infill drilling and short hole drilling will be considered at B2 once the new model has been developed. The mineralisation is still open along strike at both ends of the B2 deposit so there is plenty more opportunity to add grade and tonnes. “The core from B2 will be composited and used in the metallurgical flowsheet program currently being executed at Corem Laboratories in Quebec. “The assays from the short hole and in fill drilling at Bardwell are expected to be all received in the next fortnight. Once received, we will re-run the geological model and also composite samples for metallurgical flowsheet development. Surface reconnaissance confirmed that the mineralized and altered quartz feldspar porphyry and hydrothermal breccias continue to the east for at least another 400 meters. The second hole at the Willcox Playa has now been completed, having stepped out 1,640 feet (500m) from our initial discovery hole. Highlights: •Diamond drill hole WP-23-02, a 1,640-foot (500-meter) step-out to the west of discovery hole WP-23-01, has intersected a predominant lithium claystone sequence from the top of the hole to the base of the hole at 998 feet, further supporting the potential for a very large system of lithium-rich clays under the Willcox Playa • Similar to WP-23-01, multiple distinct fluid sequences were also encountered in WP-23-02 at depths of 112, 358, 458 and 598 feet. Notably, these non-potable liquid targets have the potential to host lithium mineralization which adds to the uniqueness of the geological setting • Guidance from a Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy Z-903 (LIBS) portable handheld tool suggests the lithium mineralization in the claystones in both drill holes completed to date is significantly more intense and pervasive than the encouraging results reported by the USGS in its historic 1978 reverse circulation test drill hole completed 5.5 miles northwest of WP-23-02 and 6 miles northwest of WP-23-01 • MAX Power’s third drill hole, commencing shortly, will be another 1,640-foot step-out, this time to the south relative to WP-23-02. Power Nickel Inc (TSX-V:PNPN) has made a new discovery of high-grade #platinum group #metals (PGM) associated with #copper, indicating potential remobilization from underlying ultramafic units and promising further exploration for both PGM and #nickel. The firm was following up on its high-grade PGM intersection in the Wildcat area just north of the Nisk project. The first hole of a drill program revealed a mineralized zone similar to previous findings, with chalcopyrite stringers and veinlets encountered consistently in the initial 60 meters. This mineralization intensified between depths of 60.50 to 68.25 meters, characterized by dense chalcopyrite veinlets and local massive chalcopyrite. 8.75m at 9.48% Cu and 2.1g/t Au - This is the assay results reported this morning from the second drill hole (DDH2405T004) at the T5 Target, which it is also consistent with typical Carajás IOCG-style hydrothermal mineralization. This Hole 004 at Target T5 is located 50m east and along strike of previously reported high-grade hole DDH2405T002 (11.48m at 14.3% Cu, 3.3g/t Au including 2.9m at 22.9% Cu, 3.6g/t Au). High-grade copper-gold mineralization at Target T5 remains open at depth and along strike. Exploration drilling has also returned encouraging results from another HeliTEM geophysical target: T16. Initial drill hole DDH2416T001 at this target intersected 1.29m of breccia hosted sulphide copper-nickel mineralization grading 2.39% Cu, 1.17% Ni, suggesting having successfully intersected the EM conductor. BHEM data indicates that the conductor extends at depth, below DDH2416T001. T16 is potentially a different style of mineralization, one not previously observed at Luanga. “Exploration continues to yield very encouraging results, both from ongoing drilling at T5, and now at another HeliTEM geophysical target, T16. At T5, we continue to intersect high-grade Iron Oxide Copper Gold style (“IOCG-style”) mineralization, which is a well documented style of mineralization in the Carajás, while at T6 and now T16, we potentially see two distinctly different styles of mineralization that appear magmatic related,” said Luis Azevedo, Chairman and CEO. "The Carajás Mineral Province is an exceptionally fertile area and Luanga sits within a corridor containing several significant IOCG deposits/operations.
