We then brainstorm in what ways to add nutrient dense foods, whether its fruit, vegetables, whole grains or protein. For example,➡️ my client loves pasta. Instead of resolving to reduce pasta, she ADDED roasted veggies & protein with a yummy sauce. One of my clients favorite idea was turning any meal she enjoyed into a salad bowl version. So for example, you’re having fish & rice for dinner - throw it into a bowl filled with freshly chopped veggies and enjoy with dressing😋.
