Alongside our globally renowned real estate partners from Tokyo, Japan in this pic we have Ryo Wakabayashi our Off Plan Sales Manager at Bridges and Allies Real Estate with his team of real estate enthusiasts who are not any different than him for having the passion for what they do. They are currently in Tokyo, presenting Dubai Real Estate opportunities and knowledge to Japanese investors. What we achieved in this road show is beyond our expectation thanks to the energy our team and our real estate partners.
The journey is worth celebrating. Our company started to mildly explore a market for Japanese real estate investors in Dubai in Sept 2022 when Ryo joined us. He recognised the huge potential of Dubai across various businesses and an opportunity for Japanese investors to grab in Dubai real estate. Knowing the business values of Japanese investors and the not so great reputation of real estate brokers in Dubai, we knew what we had to do and Ryo delivered that beyond expectations. Intensive research, networking, gaining cultural experience of the local market and several sales deals were just a few of the many things that's been a part of his journey so far.
The gap is not fully closed yet. But in almost 2 years we have definitely built the bridge with work in progress, not just for Japanese investors but also for aspiring Japanese real estate agents matching our values. We hand picked experienced as well as freshers to our Japanese team who aligned with our vision to become a preferred real estate agency for Japanese investors seeking high service standards, professionalism and honesty among many other attributes. Today our Japanese team under Ryo's leadership is thriving and they are brilliant not just as real estate professionals but also colleagues to have around.
