As a concerned citizen and a salaried individual, I want to highlight the pressing issue of excessive taxation on the salaried class in Pakistan. Despite contributing significantly to the national exchequer, we do not receive commensurate facilities and protocols in return. The salaried class bears the brunt of advance payments, including:- Children's van charges, School fees, Rent (for those in rental accommodations) and so on. These expenses add up, leaving us with limited disposable income. Meanwhile, the government collects taxes without providing adequate services or support. I urge the government to reconsider the tax burden on salaried individuals and provide necessary facilities and protocols to justify the taxes collected. It's time for a more equitable system that acknowledges our contributions and supports our well-being. Let's come together to advocate for a fairer tax regime that benefits all. And logistics are so important - the right venue, the tech, the food. It all matters. 🙅♀️🙅A client who’s prepared to roll their sleeves up, get into the planning weeds with you and be a true partner. Thanks James Witter and Martine Darlington - you were a dream. 📈Ensuring delegates have a live business issue to work on so the time spent in the classroom is practical and useful. In this instance the team worked on a brief they were delivering later that week. 🌅A growth mindset from all involved.
