I am a huge fan of "The View" on TVC, I was excited when I saw the title of this video about my industry. Special shout to Dr. Morayo Afolabi-Brown and Amaka Ugo-Obidike AMC, FIMCB for bringing attention to this. This was a very interesting conversation to watch. Having worked in Customer Service in Nigeria for over 10 years alot of work has been done in improving customer service and experience in Nigeria by different Organisations. My experience spans from e-commerce, fintech, Logistics and Supply chain, Music streaming and Customer service outsourcing. I will say alot of work still needs to be done by us. When I say "us", I mean CS, CX professionals and customers who patronise businesses. Alot of businesses in Nigeria are still not customer-centric in their approach towards customers.
