I have couple of RAKwireless LoRa modules running in LoRaWAN. LoRaWAN is great! But it requires a gateway, LNS and other stuff. If you only need to deploy few nodes and can see each other, LoRa in mesh (like Meshtastic) should be a viable alternative. These are my devices in LoRa mesh configuration 📶 All powered by RAK modules - RAK4631, RAK11200 and RAK11300. Meshtastic has MQTT support, has CLIs, etc. There are many ways you can send data to cloud if you need to 👌 #lora #loramesh #wisduo #rak #rakwireless

A1 Bulgaria and Nokia conducted one of the early Cloud RAN trials in Europe in A1's live commercial #5G network in the capital city of Sofia. A1 wanted to explore #CloudRAN both in a centralized and distributed deployment, validating key aspects of the commercial feasibility of Cloud RAN. Those include: - Deployment flexibility - Smooth integration with the existing 5G network - Automated orchestration.
